About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business process analysis and design activities to support the digital transformation program

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, and translate these into functional requirements and user stories

Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Develop business cases to support technology investments and innovation opportunities.

Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases

Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather information, validate requirements, and prioritize deliverables

Create process maps, data flow diagrams, and other visual aids to communicate complex business processes and system interactions

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the solutions meet the business requirements

Develop test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of delivered solutions

Participate in the Agile software development life cycle (SDLC) activities such as design, development, testing, and deployment

Continuously improve business analysis practices and techniques


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our Digital Transformation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business process analysis and design, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to support our organization's digital transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of digital transformation and related technologies.


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a business analyst in a digital transformation or technology-driven environment

  • Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, such as process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder analysis

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions

  • Experience with Agile SDLC methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban

  • Experience with project management tools, such as JIRA or DevOps

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of requirements and documentation

  • Experience with digital transformation technologies, such as cloud computing, analytics, artificial intelligence, and robotic process automation

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
